Get Into the Groove with Perforated Cutting


A new blade holder features two blade positions with the rear position designed for perforated cutting and creasing. A specially designed cutting groove in the platen enables the blade to cut clean and avoid unwanted damage to your blade. This makes the GR Series Cutters perfect for creating pop-out decals and packaging prototypes.

Total Flexibility


Combine with Your Printer for Print then Cut Workflow


Roland DG's Quadralign™ optical registration system automatically recognises printer crop marks on printed media. Combine an existing large format printer with a GR Series Cutter for an exact and efficient contour cut graphics workflow.

Includes Roland DG's CutStudio software and combines easily with other industry-standard software. Plugins for Adobe Illustrator (Mac and PC) and Corel Draw (PC) are also available as additional web downloads.

CutStudio Software Included


Roland DG's CutStudio allows designers to quickly and easily enlarge, reduce, re-position, rotate and mirror images. BMP, JPG, STX, AI, and EPS file formats are all supported. The latest version includes new scaling and cut-layer outputting functions.

Total Control

An LCD control panel and other advanced features give users complete control. In addition to smart new pinch rollers and "on-the-fly" pen force adjustment, GR Series Cutters enable users to manually adjust blade offset values for added cutting precision, store up to 2MB of preset cutting data, and easily follow the status of each cutting job with a handy LED status light. GR Series Cutters also feature an Ethernet port to connect your cutter to a network for a streamlined workflow.

Vehicle Graphics


Create contour cut graphics, paint/sandblast stencils, pinstriping and more for cars, trucks, jet skis, and other vehicles. With incredibly powerful cutting features, GR Series Cutters handle a huge range of thick and thin media with ultimate precision and ease. It's the ideal machine for both large format boat and airplane graphics, and for quick window tinting and bumper sticker jobs.

Personalise t-shirts, jerseys, caps, and jackets. Print then cut heat transfer materials or cut heat-applied materials like flock, reflective, neon, glitter and twill.

Produce cut-vinyl or full-colour labels and decals– a perforated cutting feature allows users to create single batched pop-out decals for resale.
